Mushrooms in Bacon Strips

Ingredients:

  • Small size mushrooms
  • Bacon strips, cut in half
  • Seasoned salt, to taste
  • Wooden toothpicks

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle the mushrooms with seasoned salt in a mixing bowl and toss.
  3. Wrap each mushroom in a bacon strip, stem up, insert a toothpick from the top, securing the bacon strip, then put into a baking or glass pan.
  4. Bake the mushrooms for 15-20 minutes or until ready.
  5. Serve hot as an appetizer. Enjoy!
