Ingredients:
- 2 lb (1kg) potato
- 1/2 lb (450 g) meat, your favorite
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, medium
- 1-2 tsp parsley, dry or chopped
Directions:
- Cut the meat in small chunks, cook in a pan until it’s ready.
- Cut the potato in chunks.
- Cut the onion in rings or half rings.
- Combine the potato, onion, and meat in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley; toss.
- Transfer everything into a baking pan or glass dish, add a piece of butter.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) until it’s ready.
Optional suggestions:
For this recipe, you may add mushrooms, previously cut and cooked on a pan. You may also add some heavy cream.
You may also use pork ribs instead of regular meat. Cook the ribs thoroughly in a pan before adding them to the potato.
