Baked Potato with Meat


  • 2 lb (1kg) potato
  • 1/2 lb (450 g) meat, your favorite
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 onion, medium
  • 1-2 tsp parsley, dry or chopped


  1. Cut the meat in small chunks, cook in a pan until it’s ready.
  2. Cut the potato in chunks.
  3. Cut the onion in rings or half rings.
  4. Combine the potato, onion, and meat in a mixing bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley; toss.
  6. Transfer everything into a baking pan or glass dish, add a piece of butter.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) until it’s ready.

Optional suggestions:

For this recipe, you may add mushrooms, previously cut and cooked on a pan. You may also add some heavy cream.

You may also use pork ribs instead of regular meat. Cook the ribs thoroughly in a pan before adding them to the potato.
