“Chicks”
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs, hard boiled
- 200 g hard cheese, finely grated
- Butter, softened, a little amount
- Mayonnaise (amount was not specified)
- Greens
- Carrot
- Olives
Directions:
- Peel the hard boiled eggs.
- Carefully cut the eggs in to halves, remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks, mix them with mayonnaise and cheese.
- From the yolk mass, form ten larger balls and ten smaller balls.
- Put the larger balls inside of each white half, then put the smaller balls on the top of each larger ball.
- Cut the little beaks from the carrot and eyes from the olives, decorate.
- Put the “chicks” on the platter, decorate with greens.
- Enjoy!
