Ingredients:
- 6 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar, or to taste
- 2 tsp butter
Directions:
- Bring the milk to a boil.
- In a big bowl, mix the eggs and flour, making a dough. Right in the bowl, nip off small pieces of dough. Mix with the remaining flour.
- Transfer dough pieces into the boiling milk. Stirring, bring to a boil again. Reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the sugar and butter.
- Serve hot for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy!
