Meat and Mushroom Casserole-


  • 9 oz (250 g) pasta, cooked
  • 10 oz (300 g) meat
  • 1 lb (450 g)mushrooms
  • 2-3 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tsp dry or fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp dry or fresh dill
  • 1 tsp Adobo Goya Seasoning
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Chop the meat and mushrooms into small pieces. Cook them separately until they are ready.
  3. On the skillet, sauté the chopped onion for 3-5 minutes on medium to high heat. Add the heavy cream, parsley, and dill. Bring to boil, simmer for a minute.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, meat, and mushrooms. Add the mixture from the skillet. Add the seasoning and mix well.
  5. Transfer all the mixture into the casserole dish. Put the desired amount of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on the top.
  6. Put the dish into the oven, bake about 30-40 minutes or until the cheese becomes light golden brown.
  7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
