Pumpkin Patties

  • Pumpkin, grated, 1 lb or less
  • Ground meat (any choice), 1 lb
  • 1 egg
  • Flour, 1/2 to 2/3 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Using a spoon, drop the patty mix into the preheated frying pan with oil.
  3. On the medium heat, cook the patties on both sides until golden brown. Check the inside with fork for readiness.
  4. Serve with bread or mashed potato, as desired.
