- Red cabbage – approx. 4 oz (110g)
- Bologna – 3 oz (90g)
- Apple, large – ½
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – ½ clove, minced
Shred the cabbage.
Peel the apple, cut into small cubes.
Cut the bologna into small sticks.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
For the best result, serve immediately.
Serve cold with breakfast or main dishes.
Note: cooked chicken breast meat may be substituted for the bologna.
