Tomatoes with Cheese and Mayonnaise



  • Tomatoes, medium
  • Hard cheese – mozzarella, parmesan, or similar
  • Mayonnaise (homemade recipe here)
  • Garlic, crushed –  ½ clove


  1. Use as many tomatoes as you need, to make this dish.
  2. Slice tomatoes in circles, put them on a plate.
  3. Grate the cheese using a small grater.
  4. Get a little plastic bag, cut a little hole on the one corner.
  5. Put some mayonnaise into a cup, mix with the crushed garlic.
  6. Put mayonnaise-garlic mix into the bag, twist, and clip one corner.
  7. Squeezing the bag, spread the mayo over the sliced tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle the desired amount of grated cheese on the tomatoes, over the mayonnaise.
  9. The salad is ready.
  10. Serve cold with breakfast or main dishes.
  11. Best if served within a few hours.
